NEST cannot read TerraSAR-X ATI (Along-Track Interferometry) data currently. Any tool for that would be really great.

The reader should be able to read the product including the before and after acquisitions. It may be possible to run the coherence on it but other insar operators would require more work to handle it properly.

NEST version 4A-1.6 fails to read any ATI datasets, I get the same error as I mentioned to you before. Should I try version 4B beta?
